  • Oversee and manage Electrical works.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans for Electrical components.
  • Coordinate with civil and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of Electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local authorities' requirements, such as CIDB, DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and SPAN.
  • Supervise on-site Electrical construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all Electrical works comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ensure Electrical works comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., MS IEC, JKR specifications, UBBL).
  • Conduct quality checks and testing for Electrical installations.
  • Work closely with consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders for inspections and approvals.
  • Monitor project costs and control budget for Electrical works.
  • Optimize resources, manpower, and materials to prevent wastage and delays.
  • Prepare progress reports, claims, and variation orders related to Electrical works.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including OSHA and CIDB regulations.
  • Identify potential risks in Electrical works and implement mitigation measures.
  • CIDB Green Card
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification (if applicable)
  • PMP or other project management certifications Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction with a focus on Electrical works.
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian construction codes and regulations (e.g., CIDB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
