Job Requirements:
- Candidate possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales management in FMCG Industry
- Good leadership skills and teamwork
- Must be mature, passionate and able to work independently
- Must be able to multi-task and have good follow through of tasks at hand
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territory, covers whole Sabah including Labuan
Job Scopes:
- Formulate and implementing sales plan to achieve targeted sales and distribution objectives
- Manage business partners by working with the management to achieve synergy
- Manage sales personnel by conducting fieldwork and coaching
- Review ageing and collection status to minimize dispute and late payments
- To have good rapport with business partner, sales personnel and customer
