  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company
  • Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professional/ specialist and to ensure project objectives met.
  • Assist to procurement, negotiation with Consultants/ Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendation to Manager
  • Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/ outsource project assignment including project planning, budget and etc.
  • Assist and work closely with Manager and Division Manager of organization to understand and contribute to their functional development requirement in a project.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as similar function in property development.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
  • Familiar with the design, development and management of property development projects.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and reach targets.
  • Willing to travel within northern and southern regions in Malaysia.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
