Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage customer relationships and support business development for a leading manufacturer of technical polyurethane foam products. This role is essential for supporting product development and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to follow up on sales, provide product information, and support product specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Administer sales projections, track performance, and provide regular reports.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads for potential customers in the Malaysian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and industry networking.
  • Travel for business meetings and customer engagement as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technical product industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel for business needs.
  • Compensation includes an attractive salary, commission, reimbursement, and incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
