Paid Media Manager • Join an international media agency as a Paid Media Manager/Biddable Media Manager/Performance Marketing Manager • Advise on digital advertising solutions for esteemed Higher Education clients in Malaysia • Play a pivotal role in shaping the educational future of students worldwide as part of a global company The Opportunity: We’re looking for a digital-savvy and client-facing Paid Media Manager to join our multi-award-winning, education-industry leading, digital agency. We are looking for someone who is confident in taking on responsibility to deliver results across a variety of campaigns and channels, with a passion to develop expert knowledge within one of Malaysia dominant industries. This position is a key role within our current Digital team, where you'll be managing the Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic strategy and delivery for a range of Higher Education client briefs. We operate in a performance marketing environment, with the expectation of delivery across paid media to onsite conversions. This role requires a strategic mindset but also a love for technical aspects, tracking and data. The role requires strong client management, ability to translate digital strategy to client business goals and delivery! At least 3 years experience across the full suite of Paid Media platforms and analytics tools is a requirement. The Day-to-day: • Plan, launch, report and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring performance and success • Work with your team on campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, audience mapping and bidding strategies to achieve the best results • Be responsible overall for campaign success, proactively suggesting solutions where needed • Provide a consistent output of complex campaign builds, analysis and thinking outside-the-box to drive high levels of innovation • Disciplined daily management of all paid media campaigns • Track digital KPIs to measure campaign performance • Produce detailed and accurate client reports, including competitor analysis • Optimise and improve client’s advertising campaigns using Hybrid’s market-leading technologies • Ensure high quality campaign execution from the wider team, while being 'on the tools' yourself • Train and upskill the paid media team, identifying gaps in knowledge, leading on L&D • Support the Account Directors with client input, media planning, strategy, research and insight to plan omnichannel media strategies and tactics • Effectively manage a pipeline of both planned campaigns and ad hoc requests • Present weekly paid media findings on client calls, and assist in technical questions/setup What you’ll need: • Experience working in an agency environment is preferable but not essential • Performance Marketing background is preferable • Strong track record of client-facing experience within the Digital Paid Media space • Proven examples of owning and delivering process improvement projects • In-depth knowledge and experience (3 years minimum) with paid search campaigns and paid social campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat • Strong background in programmatic networks (3 years minimum) across Dv360, StackAdapt, Adobe DSP • Experience running paid media both in Malaysia and overseas - experience in the China market is a benefit • Significant tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and large groups
