Responsibilities: -Manage trade performance to achieve volume and revenue targets. -Build and maintain daily sales routines to meet and exceed KPIs. -Identify and develop new customers while nurturing existing relationships. -Implement strategic sales call plans for maximum effectiveness. -Maintain a client database with pre- and post-sales visit reports. -Collaborate with Trade Management on pricing, market updates, and competitor analysis. -Coordinate with Capacity Management for accurate booking projections and full utilization. -Identify and share key sales leads with POL/POD teams. -Promote e-commerce solutions to customers. Requirements: -Diploma or higher -Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. -Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
