Job description

  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities.
  • Call provided leads and follow up sales enquiries and sales prospects daily.
  • Liaise & maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales
  • To assist and perform the administrative functions of the sales department.
  • To assist the sales secretary with daily clerical & administrative and assigned work.
  • To assist with quotations, costing & purchasing and related correspondence and work.
  • To manage and maintain databases and accurate documents filling for organized & easy access and retrieval.
  • To carry out all administrative works relating to sales department.
  • Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate and process orders, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
  • Assist in import and export documentation (experience in this area is a plus).
  • Maintain accurate sales records & customer data.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Good at communication, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Hardworking, diligent and enthusiastic.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma Cert
  • Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
