Job description
- Responsible for sales and marketing activities.
- Call provided leads and follow up sales enquiries and sales prospects daily.
- Liaise & maintain good relationship with customer.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales
- To assist and perform the administrative functions of the sales department.
- To assist the sales secretary with daily clerical & administrative and assigned work.
- To assist with quotations, costing & purchasing and related correspondence and work.
- To manage and maintain databases and accurate documents filling for organized & easy access and retrieval.
- To carry out all administrative works relating to sales department.
- Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents to support the sales team.
- Coordinate and process orders, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
- Assist in import and export documentation (experience in this area is a plus).
- Maintain accurate sales records & customer data.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Good at communication, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Hardworking, diligent and enthusiastic.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Minimum SPM or Diploma Cert
- Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
