Human Resources Executive
To perform day-to-day Human Resources activities and functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in monthly payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filling of Form E.
· Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirement and monthly payment submission.
· Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN on related issues.
· To conduct orientation to new staff / worker.
· Updating of employee personal record from time to time.
· To carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include Leave Administrations, MISC Allowance and Medical expenses.
· Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences that includes Appointment Letter, Confirmation/Extension Letter, Transfer, Promotion, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation.
· Assist in the conduct of human resource audits and surveys to prepare reports with recommendation on remuneration and benefits, human resource functions, employee motivation and rewards, etc.
· Assist in managing all compensation and benefits matters.
· To carry out general administration task such as SQL Payroll processing
· Recruitment advertisement arrangements.
· Administrative support to Group Human Resources Manager on day-to-day activity.
· Coordinate with Group Human Resources Manager on Training & Development matters.
· Update of staff claims.
· Any ad hoc task required from time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in Human Resources.
- Familiar with HRMS i.e.; SQL Payroll and Nigen System is an added advantage
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point Applications.
- Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
- Assist to develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR polices to ensure compliance and also to support the Group Human Resources Manager.
- Assist on Human Resources disciplinary issues/disputes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
