Procurement Executive
Job Summary
To collaborate with various team in coordinating procurement activities, manage admin tasks, ensure compliance, and monitor vendor performance.
Job Description:
1. Coordinate and corporate with other departments to ensure the purchasing activities area in compliance with
procurement policies and procedure.
2. Manage procurement administrative work such as follow up calls on filling and updating the procurement database.
3. Price & specification comparison.
4. Issue PR according to the request form/ enquiry from requester.
5. To monitor delivery schedule and update into project schedule.
6. Ensure PO prepared according to the PR.
7. Support and ensure vendor selection and qualification are according to standard procedures.
8. Monitor and evaluate vendor’s performance, responsiveness and flexibility.
9. Review appropriate purchasing documents to ensure requested specification are clear accurate and comprehensive.
10. Continuously liaising with other department to ensure 3rd party materials are being delivered with meet required date.
11. Able to handle ad hoc task assign by superior.
Requirement
1. Min 2 years related procurement experience
2. Academic qualification : Advance Diploma or equivalent
3. Work experience in engineering or construction is a plus point.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
