Order Taking & Serving:

  • Process orders and relay them to the kitchen or cashier.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before serving.

    Cash Handling:

    • Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.).
    • Provide receipts and correct change.

      Food Preparation & Assistance:

      • Assist chefs in food preparation, plating, and presentation.
      • Ensure food items are prepared and served according to hygiene and quality standards.
      • Support the kitchen team in setting up buffet stations or plated meal service.

        Kitchen Maintenance & Cleanliness:

        • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
        • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
        • Follow proper waste disposal and food safety regulations.

          Event Service Support:

          • Assist in transporting food and supplies to event venues.
          • Ensure timely and smooth food service during events.
          • Handle customer requests and provide courteous service when necessary.

            Safety & Compliance:

            • Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP, local health regulations).
            • Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues immediately.
            • Adhere to company policies and event-specific instructions.

Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
