Order Taking & Serving:- Process orders and relay them to the kitchen or cashier.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before serving.
Cash Handling:- Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.).
- Provide receipts and correct change.
Food Preparation & Assistance:- Assist chefs in food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Ensure food items are prepared and served according to hygiene and quality standards.
- Support the kitchen team in setting up buffet stations or plated meal service.
Kitchen Maintenance & Cleanliness:- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Follow proper waste disposal and food safety regulations.
Event Service Support:- Assist in transporting food and supplies to event venues.
- Ensure timely and smooth food service during events.
- Handle customer requests and provide courteous service when necessary.
Safety & Compliance:- Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP, local health regulations).
- Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to company policies and event-specific instructions.
Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
