  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responsible for New Project Development.
  • Prepare Project Development Schedule & amend whenever necessary.
  • Close monitoring of development activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Discussion and follow-up with tool maker on new tooling development stage.
  • Coordinate with tool maker for tool modification & repairing.
  • Discuss & coordinate with designers for any new project requiring design concepts.
  • Discuss & coordinate with designers for printing artwork requirements.
  • Discussion with suppliers on prototype samples, packaging samples, inspection jigs, etc., related to the project.
  • Testing sample evaluation & coordinate with customers on project requirements.
  • Sample preparation for customers.
  • Verify & approve internal samples for mass production.
  • Check & review Engineering documents related to daily operations.
  • Responsible for APOP, FMEA, Audit & other documentation requirements.
  • Responsible for ISIR measurement & submission on time.
  • New tooling trial arrangement & sample evaluation with mould maker & customer.
  • Responsible for IMDS creation.
  • Evaluation & confirmation on packing standards (new & existing).
  • Follow up closely with relevant departments to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet requirements.
  • Main key user for SAP - train & guide internal users at the departmental level.
  • Responsible for BOM creation, material master & product code mapping.
  • Support, update & maintain information in the SAP system.
  • Testing arrangement & evaluation on assigned cost reduction projects.
  • Work together with QC & production to resolve customer complaints related to Engineering scope.
  • Control, update & maintain ISO documentation at the departmental level.
  • Monitor & review mould history records, mould maintenance & mould list.
  • ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
  • Liaise with TCD & Warehouse department for sample shipment arrangements.
  • Coordinate between Account Department and suppliers on payment issues if needed.
  • Train & guide engineering staff to ensure all duties are carried out accordingly.
  • Any other duties assigned by General Manager & Managing Director.
  • Represent sales personnel in handling customers whenever they are unavailable.
  • Travel to customer locations for meetings & sample submissions.
  • Travel to the mould maker's location during tooling development for discussions and mould inspections.
  • Travel to Nilai Plant whenever needed for projects related.
  • Spraying process, printing process for part transfers from Bangi plant to Nilai plant.
  • Mould trials due to capacity issues in Bangi plant.

Language Required

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Education Background

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Knowledge

  • Engineering Principles and Practices Knowledge.
  • Technical Drawing Knowledge.
  • CAD Knowledge.
  • Candidates must have skills in AutoCAD, Technical Knowledge, Problem-Solving and Communication.
