As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following job descriptions:- Managing restaurant operations.
- Lead by example with a visible, hands-on presence in the outlet, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
- Communicate effectively and keep the team informed with relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
- Motivate, educate, and continuously develop staff to maximize efficiency and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Chef to maintain high food quality standards.
- Personally ensure that guests receive the best possible service.
- Maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
- Strive to please all guests and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Ensure employees are well-trained, professional, and provide friendly and efficient service.

As a Company, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who possesses these job requirements:- High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operation managerial role in Food and Beverage industry would be added advantages.
- Prior working experience in outlets management would be added advantages.
- Prefer candidates will have outstanding organizational skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.
- Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Willing to work on weekends, shift duty & public holidays.
