Advertising Management (Google Ads & Social Media Ads)

  • Analyze keyword performance and improve PPC campaigns to reduce costs and maximize conversions
  • Execute and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Learn and manage Xiaohongshu in-platform advertising (paid promotions)
  • Track ad performance and provide optimization reports

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Research and optimize SEO keywords to improve Google search rankings
  • Optimize website content, including blog posts and product descriptions
  • Implement link-building strategies to improve website authority
  • Monitor SEO performance and submit regular reports

KOL/KOC Marketing

  • Research and contact KOLs/KOCs for collaboration opportunities
  • Plan influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure

Data Analysis

  • Track and analyze traffic data from social media, Xiaohongshu, and Google Ads
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, and Xiaohongshu analytics tools to improve marketing strategies
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly marketing reports with optimization recommendations

Education and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Advertising, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, social media management, or a related field
  • Experience in Google Ads and SEO is preferred
