  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To head and manage design team in the office
  • Brainstorm with the team for concept design and translate IT into design detail drawings.
  • Managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Develop creative design concepts for commercial and residential spaces
  • Provide full design consultation service to the clients, work closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget
  • Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement while meet the deadlines.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings(using 3D Max), sketches, and renderings to communicate design concepts
  • Select and propose materials and sample boards
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting
  • To plan, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, project team, meetings with the client to ensure high-quality outputs and to ensure design concepts are accurately executed
  • To liase with client, contractors and carpenters to ensure the project is completed on time and up to standard
  • Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design
  • Visit after the project accomplishes to ensure that the client is satisfied

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): 3Ds Max(Preferable), MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software.
  • Good positive attitude, responsible, can work well under pressure, and multitasking.
  • Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application.
  • Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D &3D perspective.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside of the box and a strong design sense.
  • Site experience is preferable
  • Proficiency in writing and communicating with clients professionally.
  • Capable to motivate a team of designers with good communication and commitment.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience required.
