  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In a nutshell, you will be working with professionals in the MAGNIFI team in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. Your primary focus will be on analysing, understanding, and prioritization of each project.

A day in the life in MAGNIFI as a Network Management Intern:

  • Assist in tracking and documenting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with network engineers and IT teams to improve documentation practices.
  • Collect, clean, and standardize service performance and incident data.
  • Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends, developments, and best practices in the digital industry.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant diploma or degree program such as Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Work closely with senior project managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, along with a calm and patient approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
