As a Product Executive, you will support the Product Manager in the daily management of our electrical appliances category across the SEA market. This role involves assisting in the execution of product strategies, contributing to lifecycle management, and facilitating the smooth operation of our product line. Your efforts will ensure our products continue to meet the high standards of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction that our brand is known for.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the implementation of product strategies and help manage the day-to-day operations of the product line.
  • Support market research efforts by collecting data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Help coordinate activities across the product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch adjustments, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, product development, marketing, sales, and product compliance, to ensure seamless communication and execution of product strategies.
  • Assist in engaging with customers and collecting feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Handle administrative duties related to product management such as preparing reports, maintaining product documentation, and supporting marketing and sales teams.
  • Help monitor and report on product performance, providing insights to the Product Manager for strategic decision-making.
  • Support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum level for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales team.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, OR
  • 1-3 years of experience in a product management or supportive marketing role, preferably within the electrical appliances or FMCG.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
