  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
The Project Accountant is guarantees that project budgets are maintained, financial reports are precise, and all accounting standards are upheld. The Project Accountant will collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall financial performance of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial outcomes.
  • Prepare financial reports for projects, including variance analyses.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of project costs and appropriate revenue recognition.
  • Review and process invoices and payments related to projects.
  • Work alongside project managers to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Assist with project audits and regulatory reporting as required.
  • Contribute to financial planning and forecasting efforts for projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project accounting or financial management.
  • Knowledge of project-based accounting principles is preferable.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English in order to have smooth conversation with colleagues, supervisors, as well as HOD team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
