As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be expected to understand their business goals and requirements, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and exceptional service. This position requires you to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the clear communication of client needs, expectations, and project details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring that client objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Provide consultative support to clients, recommending strategies to enhance their brand presence on Beauty Insider platforms.
- Oversee the execution of Beauty Insider campaigns, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and client expectations are adhered to.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to Beauty Insider clients.
- Provide clients with performance insights and suggestions for optimizing future campaigns.
- Coordinate with the internal team to streamline processes, drive results, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
- Adept at building rapport and fostering relationships with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
