Job Description:
1. To develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
2. To conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
3. To prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and goals.
4. To identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Set clear performance metrics and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
6. To recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve department goals
7. To represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Job Requirement:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any related field.
- Experience as a sales manager for at least 3 years.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a sales team to achieve goals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Be Able to communicate with all levels in an organization
- Capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Possess own transport (Car).
- Office based at at Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
- Office Operation: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm OR 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8.00 am - 1.00 pm (Saturday, WFH)
