Administration:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Support team members with reports, presentations, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update internal databases.
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help manage employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Sales:
- Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Support sales team with client follow-ups and relationship management.
- Help track sales performance
Marketing:
- Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market analysis and research on industry trends.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Help in organizing events and webinars.
