  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Live Streaming Host in engaging with users through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with our Live Host to brainstorm and conceptualize creative content ideas for during live streaming session and account posting.
  • Providing accurate information, guidance, and assistance to users regarding products.
  • Resolving user issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Keeping detailed records of user interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
  • Proactively identifying trends or patterns in user inquiries and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and involve in content creation.
  • Attendance is compulsory for all training sessions provided by the company.
  • Daily reporting and analysis of live streaming data.
  • Initiate and be responsible for new designed tasks assigned by the company.

This role demands teamwork, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to achieving team objectives.
