  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Compliance, Sustainability and Integrity Division

Duration: 4 to 6 months

About the Role:

Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement? Join our Sustainability & Operational Excellence team and gain hands-on experience in driving impactful projects that contribute to a greener future and enhanced efficiency.

As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to support real-world sustainability initiatives while also contributing to process improvement strategies that drive operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability Initiatives:

  • Support carbon footprint reduction projects (Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions).
  • Assist in waste management, energy efficiency, and green initiatives.
  • Research and analyze sustainability trends and best practices.
  • Help organize CSR events and employee engagement programs.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  • Assist in Kaizen, Lean, and cost-reduction projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify improvement areas.
  • Support process mapping and standardization efforts.
  • Help with benchmarking and best practice sharing.

General Support & Learning:

  • Creation of internal and external communications assets around Sustainability and Operational Excellence (brochures, onboarding decks, infographics).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with different teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to corporate sustainability strategies and operational best practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • University student/fresh graduate in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
