About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Assistant to work alongside our talented Head Chef, crafting exquisite desserts that enhance our guests' dining experience. This role offers the opportunity to refine your techniques in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen while contributing to an exceptional menu.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Support the Head Chef in daily mise en place and production.

Ensure consistency, quality, and artistic presentation in all dessert creations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station in line with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal and innovative dessert offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for pastry arts.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.

Culinary/Pastry degree or certification is a plus.
