  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, styling advice, and inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with store policies.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns to effectively engage with customers.
  • Support fitting room operations by assisting customers with sizing and styling recommendations.
  • Follow loss prevention measures and assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and markdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fashion and an interest in styling and trends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting merchandise.
