Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing new hire documents and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, such as organizing company events and training sessions.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, including filing, responding to employee inquiries, and preparing HR reports.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for HR: Strong interest in human resource management and willingness to learn.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.
