Key Responsibilities
- SNS Agency Management: Oversee and coordinate with SNS marketing agencies in Korea and Japan, ensuring campaign alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Marketing (CPA & Promotion Ads): Plan, create, and optimize CPA-based and promotional advertisements to maximize ROI.
- Agency Content Review & Communication: Review and approve social media posts from agencies, providing feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
- SNS Marketing Strategy Execution: Develop and execute SNS marketing strategies tailored to the Korean and Japanese markets.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and generate reports to optimize marketing efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Native Korean speaker, with proficiency in Japanese as a plus.
- Experience in SNS Marketing & Advertising: Proven track record in social media marketing, campaign planning, and agency coordination.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing (CPA, CPM, CPC ads, etc.)
- Strong ability to review and provide constructive feedback on agency-created content.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial, investment, or fintech industry.
- Previous experience working in cross-border or international marketing campaigns.
