Administrative Executive
1. Assist in administrative duties:
- Office management support that covers day-to-day general administrative work, such as document preparation, data entry, record update and filing.
2. Provide administrative support to HR and perform relevant ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time:
- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, and proactively placing orders when necessary
- Facilitate seamless office events, meetings, and conferences by overseeing scheduling, coordinating room setups, and arranging catering services to enhance the overall experience
- Take charge of office equipment management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
