Production Lead || Experienced in Semi Conduct || Pasir Gudang

Job Summary:
The Production Lead will need to oversee and manage production activities, ensure the efficient operation of production lines, implements process improvements, and maintains quality and safety standards. This role will also required closely collaboration with different department teams to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any technical or operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Manage a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, particularly those related to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and other continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reports to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the performance of equipment, identifying areas for preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or diploma in M&E Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production supervisory or lead role within the manufacturing industry, highly preferable if experienced in Semi Conductor Industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in order to have smooth conversation with colleagues, operators, and HOD team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
