Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit TikTok affiliates to create promotional videos for the company's products.
- Manage the monthly sample budget provided by the company, ensuring samples are allocated to suitable affiliates.
- Filter and select the right affiliates based on company-provided training and guidance.
- Set and achieve sales targets based on the revenue generated through TikTok affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Encourage affiliates to promote products through TikTok videos or TikTok live sessions.
- Provide customer service support for the TikTok store under their responsibility, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to generate TikTok videos for the company if required.
- Track affiliate performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and affiliate marketing strategies to optimize performance.
- Demonstrate high self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage affiliate relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with TikTok as a platform, including content creation and live selling strategies.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Prior experience in affiliate management, sales, or TikTok marketing is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
