Assignment Summary

  • Customer Service (ability to handle all levels of customer queries)
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries effectively and accurately to the satisfaction of customers
  • Prepare monthly reports and shift schedule
  • Ensure that all actions taken to handle a customer’s enquiry / problem / complaint are in compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures & policies, and to escalate the matter to the relevant higher authorities in the event of exceptions
  • Handle all assigned responsibilities and duties on a timely manner and achieve pre-determined individual as well as team targets based on goals and KPIs while adhering to qualifying criteria
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients. Take hand-off action items from sales, coordinate and lead-client orientations, and communicate client expectations and needs to all affected teams in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support, trouble shooting and RMA service
  • Contribute to a self-service knowledgebase of common customer inquiries.
  • Assists customer on all queries pertaining to our products
  • Operations (kiosk management : stocks, cash, assets, planogram and cleanliness)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Independent & Hardworking
  • Detail oriented, process driven thinker with relentless follow through
  • Trustworthy
  • Able to work on shift /retail hours
  • Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday

Skills Required

  • Technology savvy
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English, added advantage if able to speak 3rd local dialect
  • Basic knowledge in using a computer and smart phone
  • Problem solving
