Role Description:
This position reports directly to HR and Admin Manager in HQ. As HR and Admin Executive, they should be highly enthusiastic in people management and relatively resourceful and flexible in problem tackling. This position will handle recruitment for all branches within the Organization (local and abroad) while supporting in other spectrums of HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assume full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training & development and compensation & benefits
- To implement and coordinate HR strategies and initiatives in line with the Organization’s policy
- To execute and continually review Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- To liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement
- To support in the handling of disciplinary issues, complaints, grievance in accordance to Company policies and rules
- To take charge in matters related to RBA compliances and maintenance for the Company
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior
Job Requirements:
- Possesses Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent qualifications.
- At least 1-3 years of working experiences in HR department, knowledge in payroll and recruitment is a plus
- Having experience in running Mywave payroll system is an advantageous
- Preferably candidate with sound knowledge and experience in performing recruitments for other APEC Countries especially Singapore and Vietnam but its not a must.
- Well conversed in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
- Result-oriented and ability to attend to details
- Knowledgeable in Akta Kerja 1955, Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967, Akta Standard Minimum Perumahan, Penginapan dan Kemudahan Pekerja 1990 [Akta 446] and RBA Requirement

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
