Responsibilities:

  • Assist payroll for security guards.
  • Handle foreign worker management including FOMEMA checks, and hostel arrangements.
  • Update worker personal files, details, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in RBA audit processes, including data preparation.
  • Liase with the clients regarding the service-needs or requirements.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration, particularly in payroll management and foreign worker affairs.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks as they arise.
