Responsibilities:
- Assist payroll for security guards.
- Handle foreign worker management including FOMEMA checks, and hostel arrangements.
- Update worker personal files, details, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in RBA audit processes, including data preparation.
- Liase with the clients regarding the service-needs or requirements.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration, particularly in payroll management and foreign worker affairs.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks as they arise.
