Responsibilities
· Create and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
· Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
· Make travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and transportation
· Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events
· Take notes during meetings and presentations
· Draft reports, presentations, and other documents
· Conduct research on behalf of the manager
· Collect and file the MD's expenses
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint design and formatting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong understanding of administrative best practices and office management.
· Knowledge of business correspondence and document formatting.
· Experience in minutes writing and report preparation.
· Interested in Arts, Cultural & Design
· Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
