Job Description
- Handling general accounting and administrative duties.
- Liaise with Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions to accounts receivable.
- Preparing AP Payment (Utilities, Rental, Supplier & Others Payables)
- Filling (Invoice, receipts, payment voucher etc)
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage cashflow
- Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system;
- Responsible and attention to details.
- Able to work as a team and is multi-tasker.
- Position is based in Segamat, Johor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- ACCOUNT ADMIN: 5 years (Preferred)
