Job Description

  • Handling general accounting and administrative duties.
  • Liaise with Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.
  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions to accounts receivable.
  • Preparing AP Payment (Utilities, Rental, Supplier & Others Payables)
  • Filling (Invoice, receipts, payment voucher etc)
  • Perform bank reconciliation and manage cashflow
  • Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system;
  • Responsible and attention to details.
  • Able to work as a team and is multi-tasker.
  • Position is based in Segamat, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • ACCOUNT ADMIN: 5 years (Preferred)
