Job Descriptions
- Monitor daily collection for Sovotel & Napzone
- Check for cash bank in slip, terminal slip & Settlement slip
- Verify and notify Operation team and accounting team for cash collection status
- Reconcile daily collection with bank records/statements.
- Generate reports from Front Desk check-in system (ABS) & Online Travel Agent (OTA) portal.
- Enter sales and collections record into SQL system
- AP & GL data entry•
- Bank reconciliation in SQL system.
- Maintaining and monitoring receivable & payable aging reports as well as follow-up for payment.
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
Job Requirements
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English.
- Candidate who possess Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will be highly preferable.
- Have at least have 1-2 years experience in Accounts will be highly preferable.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Efficient in planning
- Required skill, MS Excel and computer literacy.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Have own transport.
