Job Descriptions

  • Monitor daily collection for Sovotel & Napzone
  • Check for cash bank in slip, terminal slip & Settlement slip
  • Verify and notify Operation team and accounting team for cash collection status
  • Reconcile daily collection with bank records/statements.
  • Generate reports from Front Desk check-in system (ABS) & Online Travel Agent (OTA) portal.
  • Enter sales and collections record into SQL system
  • AP & GL data entry•
  • Bank reconciliation in SQL system.
  • Maintaining and monitoring receivable & payable aging reports as well as follow-up for payment.
  • Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.

Job Requirements

  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English.
  • Candidate who possess Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will be highly preferable.
  • Have at least have 1-2 years experience in Accounts will be highly preferable.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Efficient in planning
  • Required skill, MS Excel and computer literacy.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Have own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
