Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

  • Overseeing projects from commencement to completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with the main contractor / subcontractors / consultant with the delivery of products and installation works.
  • To crosscheck and submit all documents required for materials submission, shop drawings, and as build drawing submission
  • Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
  • Attend site meeting if required.
  • Taking initiative and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Liaising with contractors , consultants, and relevant government authorities.

· Perform any other job assigned by the HOD from time to time when required.

Job Requirement :

  • A minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, surveyors, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
  • Practical knowledge of applicable technical laws, standards, regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures within the industry.
  • A meticulous and well-organized approach to work.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking officer / vendors)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
