- Overseeing projects from commencement to completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the main contractor / subcontractors / consultant with the delivery of products and installation works.
- To crosscheck and submit all documents required for materials submission, shop drawings, and as build drawing submission
- Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
- Attend site meeting if required.
- Taking initiative and resolving issues as they arise.
- Liaising with contractors , consultants, and relevant government authorities.
· Perform any other job assigned by the HOD from time to time when required.
Job Requirement :
- A minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in the field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, surveyors, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
- Practical knowledge of applicable technical laws, standards, regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures within the industry.
- A meticulous and well-organized approach to work.
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking officer / vendors)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Required skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
