
HR Executive (Payroll & IR)
Job Responsibilities
· Payroll and Employee Management: Manage payroll, employee benefits, compensation, and disciplinary issues.
· Record Keeping: Maintain employee records and ensure the filing system is organized and easily accessible.
· Performance Appraisal: Conduct and manage employee performance appraisals, including setting performance goals, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and development plans.
· Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, and advising management on employment laws and best practices.
· HR Policies: Maintain and update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Announcements and Exit Interviews: Prepare organizational announcements and support exit interview activities.
· HR Reports: Prepare monthly HR reports, such as attendance and the master employee list, for management review.
· Billing and Office Maintenance: Manage billing, office refreshments, and building maintenance.
· Employee Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and participate in employee engagement activities, such as company trips, monthly events, and company dinners.
· Corporate Events: Coordinate and handle corporate events, such as career fairs and customer visits.
Job Requirement
· Qualifications (Degree/Diploma, etc.)Degree in Human Resource Management, or related.
· 1 - 2 years’ experience in HR Line especially payroll
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficiency written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Independent, good teamwork
· Positive, Proactive, high energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to handle stress situation with calm competence
· Ability to handle confidentiality
