Position: Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for construction projects
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial reports
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure accurate financial information and timely payments

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed too
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,632.47 - RM3,415.93 per month
