Position: Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for construction projects
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial reports
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure accurate financial information and timely payments
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed too
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
