Key Responsibilities:

1) Transfer Pricing Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant transfer pricing regulations by overseeing documentation preparation, analysis, and filing.
  • Review and guide the team’s work on documentation to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards.

2) Client Advisory and Support

  • Advise clients on transfer pricing strategies, policies, and regulatory changes that could impact their operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on transfer pricing issues, supporting their decision-making and aligning strategies with compliance requirements.

3) Benchmarking and Pricing Analysis

  • Conduct detailed benchmarking studies and pricing analyses to determine fair and compliant pricing structures.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis, ensuring all pricing analysis is robust, accurate, and well-documented.

4) Regulatory Monitoring and Reporting

  • Stay current on updates to transfer pricing laws, regulations, and OECD guidelines.
  • Communicate regulatory changes and their potential impacts on clients' transfer pricing policies and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing principles, tax regulations, and relevant local and international standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performing pricing studies and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Effective leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant transfer pricing experience
  • Able to speak & write English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • ACCA or relevant professional qualification is added advantages
  • Good in Excel & Words
  • Candidate must be highly motivated with a good working attitude and hardworking.
  • Proactive and stamina to work under tight deadlines.
  • Motivation to shoulder more responsibilities and grow.
  • Must be able to deal and communicate with clients effectively and confidently
