  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Financial Controller (Based in Penang)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Leads the development and implementation of the group’s financial strategy, and assists Group MD in developing business plans necessary to improve the profitability, financial health and sustainability.

Manages all aspects of group financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, tax matters, as well as monitors business plans; improves the internal control system; assists the Board in ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements and corporate governance.

Qualifications and Skills include:

Professional qualification or degree in accountancy or in a related field; more than 5 years of relevant experience; leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills; integrity; reliability; good written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills. Experiences in investor relations and property development will be added advantages.
