Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Gathering information, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Report to the administrative lead or manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
  • Handle all daily expenses in warehouse and warehouse staff request.
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining filing systems, managing expense reports, ordering supplies, and coordinating office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
