  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- To source for new prospective tenants in Berjaya Times Square mall. - To follow up on existing tenants' tenancy matters. - Perform activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects and preparing lease documents. - Sourcing potential prospects to boost the business for the shopping mall. - To negotiate and provide the best offer package of the tenancy agreement terms to the prospect. - Liaise and coordinate with fit-out design teams, and provide advice to clients on the concept, positioning, layout, design and specifications of the Mall. - Maintain good rapport with clients. - To prepare quarterly marketing reports. - To attend to retailers’ enquiries and propose relevant retail spaces by the theme. for the relevant floors. - To conduct market surveys and research on the general and comparative information relating to new retail concepts, rental rates surveys and new development of shopping malls. - To assist in approving tenants’ renovation plans before the commencement of works. - To strategise and convert available retail spaces to increase revenue. - To lead the Leasing team to work cohesively and to motivate teamwork. - To work on joint venture projects for unique retail concepts on an ad-hoc basis.
