Job Overview:

  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Provide a higher level of customer support on our services, including live chats, ticketing, actionable items, and support help desk notions for all brokers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via live chats to provide support and information on the services on products related to CRM.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Processes clients’ applications and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Escalates issues/complaints to the managers.
  • Demonstrates high empathy to assist clients in resolving issues or providing guidance required by the clients.
  • Follows up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Analyzes and reports any technical malfunctions.
  • Gathers customer feedback and shares IT with Operations, Marketing, and Account Managers.
  • Provides the best customer experience to the clients.
  • Works in a shift rotation for 24/7 live support.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • A minimum of Diploma level.
