Affiliate Marketing Specialist Executive

Job purpose Managing relationships with influential figures within a specific industry (often in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields) to help build the brand's credibility, drive awareness, and influence decision-making. Duties and responsibilities - Manage Communications and Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and third-party agencies to collaborate on various campaigns and promotions. - Research and Identify KOLs: Research and identify relevant KOLs across multiple digital platforms to create powerful brand experiences and enhance brand visibility. - Build a KOL Network on Social Media: Build and expand a KOL network across various social media platforms for different categories, ensuring broad and effective outreach. -Implement KOL Engagement Campaigns: Coordinate with KOLs to manage their requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the smooth execution of engagement campaigns. - Collaborate on Promotional Campaigns: Work closely with team members to plan, initiate, and execute various promotional campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives. - Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate terms and costs with KOLs and third-party agencies to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet both party's needs. Qualifications - A Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, with a solid understanding of digital platforms and KOL engagement. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Responsible, self-motivated, and proactive in finding solutions. - Positive working attitude, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and challenges. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
