1) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). 2) Data collecting and update the relevant record to ensure production quality, safety & environment standards are complied with. 3) Ensure availability of Work Instruction (W.I.) and related inspection standard are display with the machine. 4) To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately. 5) Continues improvement the Production and related outputs compliance to its SOP and Quality. 6) Design and develop injection molding and LSR processes to produce high-quality parts that meet specifications. 7) Work closely with the NPI team to translate product designs into manufacturable components. 8) Develop and optimize process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, cycle time) for both plastic injection molding and LSR molding to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. 9) Conduct mold flow analysis and other simulations to validate and optimize the design and process parameters. 10) Develop process Work Instructions (WI) for the molding processes. 11) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding processes, including defects, cycle time variations, and equipment malfunctions. 12) Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, minimize material waste, and enhance product quality. 13) Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any process-related issues. 14) Work with the tooling department to ensure molds are designed, manufactured, and maintained to meet production needs. 15) Specify, select, and maintain molding equipment, ensuring it is suitable for production requirements and operates efficiently. 16) Coordinate with buyer and suppliers for the procurement and maintenance of molds, machines, and related equipment. 17) Conduct first-off inspections and sample runs to validate mold performance and process parameters. 18) Collaborate with the quality control team to address any non-conformances and implement corrective actions. 19) Maintain detailed records of process parameters, mold performance, and product quality for continuous improvement. 20) Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in injection molding and LSR technologies, materials, and industry best practices. 21) Implement new technologies and processes that can improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. 22) Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices for plastic injection molding and LSR molding. 23) Participate in project meetings, offering technical expertise and contributing to decision-making processes. 24) To maintain proper filling for all respective documents. 25) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS. 26) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
