Tasks: 1) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). 2) Data collecting and update the relevant record to ensure production quality, safety & environment standards are complied with. 3) Ensure availability of Work Instruction (W.I.) and related inspection standard are display with the machine. 4) To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately. 5) Continues improvement the Production and related outputs compliance to its SOP and Quality. 6) Set up plastic injection and LSR molds in molding machines according to production schedules and specifications. 7) Operate injection molding and LSR machines to produce parts, ensuring all process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, cycle time) are correctly set. 8) Adjust machinery settings as needed to optimize the molding process and address any issues that arise. 9) Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, molds, and other equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition. 10) Inspect molds and machines regularly for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction and report any issues to the supervisor. 11) Troubleshoot and repair molds and machines as needed to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. 12) Coordinate with the Tooling team to perform more complex repairs or modifications on molds and equipment. 13) Inspect molded parts for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications. 14) Record and report any deviations from quality standards, and make necessary adjustments to the molding process to prevent recurrence. 15) Assist in the preparation of first-off samples and production trials to validate mold setup and machine operation. 16) Assist in optimizing the plastic injection and LSR molding processes by suggesting improvements to reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and enhance product quality. 17) Implement and follow process Work Instructions (WI) for the molding process to ensure consistency and efficiency. 18) Provide feedback to engineers and production teams regarding mold performance and process 19) Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 20) Ensure that all equipment and molds are operated in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 21) Maintain accurate records of mold setups, production runs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during the molding process. 22) Complete production logs and quality control checklists for each shift. 23) Report on production output, quality metrics, and any machine or mold issues to the supervisor. 24) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and safety in the molding process. 25) Stay informed about the latest developments in molding technology and techniques, and apply new knowledge to improve work practices. 26) To maintain proper filling for all respective document. 27) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS. 28) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required. Minimum Requirements: 1) Diploma & above in Mechanical engineering / Material engineering / Manufacturing engineering or At least 3-5 years of working experience in plastic injection molding, LSR molding, or a similar role. 2) Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with molding machines and tools. 3) Familiarity with plastic and silicone materials and their properties. 4) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. 5) Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace. 6) Other competences: Responsibility & independently, attentive, team player and computer literate
