  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create visual content that supports branding, digital marketing campaigns, and product development. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about design principles and processes while contributing to various projects including social media graphics, web design elements, promotional materials, and more.

Performing

  • Assist in creating digital assets, including program/event creative collaterals, social media graphics, and key visuals.
  • Support the design team in producing print materials including brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging.
  • Help design presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the strategic communications team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
  • Assist with editing and retouching images, photos, and illustrations.
  • Help ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets and files.
  • Stay updated with current design trends and software tools.

  • Ensure full adherence and compliance with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Policies & Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Workflow and any other Company guideline, as may be published and/ or updated by the Company from time to time.
