- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability for urgent matters outside office hours.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with teams.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Mandarin.
