DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • To do submission for punch cards, overtime claims, employee movement report to Head Office for payroll processing. • To conduct interview and brief new staff on terms and conditions, policies when they report to work. • To ensure new staff complete the job application and relevant documents to Head Office. • To replenish stationery and request uniform for new staff. • To dispatch documents such as leave forms, sick certificates, alarm record book, delivery note etc. to the concerned department in Head Office. • To prepare or generate report such as Staff Movement, Thief Report and Daily Sales etc. • To liaise with the contractor for maintenance works and to assist in supervising repair work. • To responsible to keep the mobile card and new member card registration. • To take meters and chillers’ temperature readings and keep record. • To responsible for monthly collection of rentals from sub-tenant, if any. • To responsible for petty cash record and hamper packing during festive season. • To assist the Executive in general cleanliness of housekeeping and staff hostel. • To liaise with authorities when there is spot check, survey or audit to the outlet. • To perform any other duties assigned by the management.
