  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2. 3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain roles or supply base operations. 3. Strong knowledge of vessel rescheduling, cargo handling, and regulatory requirements. 4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. 5. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software is an advantage (e.g., SAP, WMS, or TMS). 7. Ability to communicate well and negotiate effectively. 8. Familiarity with international trade terms and regulations. 9. Flexible to work irregular hours if needed. 10. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities 1. Attend to requirement of ship / rig agency services. 2. Communicate and coordinate with authorities for vessel operations, rig operations, and customs declaration. 3. Submit EDI declarations for cargo movement. 4. Booking of Supply Base service through Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) portal. 5. Communicate with clients to understand and fulfill their operational needs. 6. Maintain communication with TBSB for seamless coordination. 7. Engage with third-party service providers and contractors as needed. 8. Perform any other related tasks as required.
